Who is the course for?
Everyone over the age of 18 leading a dynamic life who needs to quickly destress with the set of techniques learned at the Part I Course and thereby  handle more challenging situations in life calmly and even enthusiastically!

The  techniques are especially useful for those who need to deal with daily responsibilities like taking care of a family, work, voluntary work or sports activities.

Students should check out the SKY Campus Happiness program which specifically addresses the challenges of those studying and embarking on their professional lives.
Course contents 
The course provides a deep introduction to Yoga, Breathing Techniques and Meditation as practical ways to destress and return to our natural state of dynamism, peace and joy.

The program includes the world-renowned breathing technique
Sudarshan Kriya providing deep relaxation and making it easier to take your first steps in meditation.Interactive exercises develop emotional intelligence and relationship skills vital for professional, family and social life.

The program includes three 3.5 hour sessions spread over consecutive days where participants also learn a daily set of techniques to destress and apply at home.
