I have been involved with Art of Living since 1992 and have been conducting inner development workshops for over 20 years. I specialize in breathing techniques, meditation, and bodywork. Since 2003, I have been conducting “Sound, Water, Breath” courses, and since 2019, I have been regularly conducting “Meditation and Breath Workshops.” I am the coordinator of advanced Silence Courses and Teacher Training Courses. I create a space full of peace and mindfulness – with lightness, tenderness, and a smile. My classes support participants in deepening their inner balance, joy, and connection with themselves. I am constantly developing – I am currently participating in a year-long Sri Sri Yoga course to become even more deeply rooted in Knowledge and strengthen my physical body.
I am passionate about exploring the healing power of breath and meditation – I want as many people as possible to experience it.
