Who is the course for?
You will have completed at least two regular silence programs. For some the period  of silence just wasn't enough, they wish the course could continue.
Or you would  like to go deeper into the "hollow and empty" meditations. What is that profound but inepressible experience of being hollow and empty? The ten day silence program is for you. 
Course contents
The course almost always takes place at an International Art of Living Center, such as Taraska in Poland or Bad Antogast in Germany or Bangalore in India. The period of  silence usually begins quickly as participants typically miss the deep rest of meditation
during silence surrounded by beautiful nature.
