I have been involved with the Art of Living since 2014 and have been conducting Part 1 courses for two years. My passion is to propagate techniques that raise your sense of well being and a  return to a state of natural harmony and inner peace. I believe that breathing techniques, yoga and  meditation can help everyone raise their quality of life. I am interested in Indian culture and philosophy,

I'm a certified yoga instructor and I conduct sound-therapy sessions. My professional experience of many years, during which I have worked with groups of a variety of ages and backgrounds, has meant that during my courses, participants feel at ease and eager to implement healthy practices  into their lives.
