Teacher Art of Living

I have been with Art of Living since 2000. For over a dozen years, I have been teaching yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation, as well as sharing ancient, timeless knowledge on how to live skillfully and happily. I am passionate about observing the transformative power of these techniques and the wisdom imparted in the courses. My goal is to support participants in opening themselves up to a new way of life—one that is balanced, more conscious, creative, and dynamic. 

I teach the following courses: Happiness Program, Sahaj Samadhi Meditation, and Sri Sri Yoga.

I am a teacher by profession and an enthusiast of art, astrology, and travel.
