Ilona Pawluk

Teacher Art of Living

Co-founder (1990) and long-time president of Art of Living in Poland.

A psychologist and coach, she inspires others to pursue personal development through her empathy, authenticity, and extensive experience. As an Art of Living teacher, she combines meditation and breathwork with social service. Within the organization, she leads meditation and breathwork workshops, silence courses, DSN and VTP courses, as well as programs for children and young people.

She has implemented projects for young people, including “Growing Up Without Addictions,” and anti-stress programs implemented in Polish schools and universities. A passionate humanist and social activist, she has coordinated international campaigns under the auspices of the UN, such as “Stand Up, Take Action” and “Don't Sit – Plant a Tree.”

Privately, she is a devoted mother of three children, an avid sailor, a lover of mountain hiking, and a traveler fascinated by world cultures. Her life and work are guided by a deep conviction: “I am, therefore I act.”
