The YES program is for young adults, aged 14 to 18. Those wanting to excel at challenging, stressful situations like Matura exams,

Course contents
The young adults who come for the YES program learn breathing techniques, and get a thorough introduction to Yoga and meditation. They also learn key life skills that enable them to handle naturally stressing situations encountered at this age. Our approach is fun and collegiate, treating participants as partners not pupils.
Course benefits
Participants learn how to deeply relax, raise their energy levels to be able to handle the considerable pressure they face at school in these years, and how to perform at their best in key moments like exams or sports competitions. They learn key life skills, invaluable for rewarding friendships, personal relationships, healthy relationships with parents and teachers - and co-workers in the future!
