Who is the course for?
The course is addressed to and designed for universities, students and young professionals (aged 18 to 30). SKY Campus programs are organised B2B with universities and as open courses where students from various universities and colleges participate. 
 
Course contents
The course is fast moving! One key to the program is that dynamism can be the best preparation for deep rest. So the Yoga is dynamic and helps 
you "get the stress out of your system". Then we learn the powerful breathing technique Sudarshan Kriya which leads to total relaxation. In that calm state, we get an invaluable introduction to meditation and life skills that we learn in small groups. All the key areas of life for young people embarking on their careers are addressed: job interviews, careers, teamwork, relationships, performing at your best level under pressure. Human Resources experts say today that emotional intelligence and soft skills play at least as great a role in a bright future as paper qualifications and hard skills.
