You can also take Sahaj Samadhi as an entry-point course if you feel the pull to learn meditation right away.
Course contents
During the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Course you will learn your own personal mantra to make meditating easier — a special sequence of sounds that harmonizes with you to settle your mind.

You will also gain deep insights into the nature of the mind — about why it can be difficult to calm the mind, and how to overcome obstacles such as overthinking things.
